Aroga Home Care was founded by Bethany Azara, RN, with a simple belief: the right caregiver can change everything.

After years of working closely with seniors and their families, Bethany saw how often home care agencies approached care as a schedule to fill rather than a relationship to build. Aroga was created to do things differently.

Aroga was designed as a client-centered model focused on carefully matching families with experienced care professionals who fit not only the clinical needs of a client, but also their personality, preferences, and daily routines.

Every caregiver we refer is thoughtfully screened and selected for their experience, reliability, and compassion. Our goal is not simply to provide help at home, but to create trusted relationships that allow seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and connected in the place they know best.

For many families, the journey into home care begins during moments of uncertainty. We believe that guidance, honesty, and the right match can make that transition far easier.
